We want them to provide the love and support the boys need while maintaining the discipline and accountability required. Job Description:  

 If you are interested in becoming a house parent working in a family environment in a home with six to eight teenagers (ages 13 to 18) and have a passion for youth, please call us. Our ministry is currently looking for those with a desire to mentor adolescents who are struggling with various issues in a family-teaching model in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina. Your responsibilities will include all areas of parenting including conducting family devotionals in the home on a regular basis and modeling a healthy family lifestyle. Our staff must have a strong commitment to God and a desire to be used by Him. House parents will live in the home with the students, and all expenses are paid including special trips and outings when accompanying the students.
