Job Requirements:  

 Minimum requirements are a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services or related field with at least three years of supervisory experience in residential childcare. Master's degree is preferred. Experience in the Teaching Family Model of care is a plus.

Job Description:  

 Position requires general oversight and management of a campus based childcare program with nine homes. Provides on-call support to direct care staff. Job Description:  

 Provides supervision, technical consultation, and related support services to direct care workers in the cottages on the campus of Boys and Girls Homes. Assists with treatment planning for youth, and support, training and evaluation services for the cottage staff. Must provide 24 hour accessibility. Position reports to Residential Director.
